Functional space planning for modern work environments

At the main branch of Volksbank Hannover, an existing office space was reconfigured to meet the evolving requirements of modern workspaces. The focus was on clearly dividing an L-shaped open-plan office into two clearly defined functional units.

Installation by the specialist contractor Kramer – Master Painters

The construction work was carried out by the specialist contractor Kramer – Die Malermeister. The team installed a 3.5-meter-high drywall partition, which now divides the space efficiently and securely. The team selected a system solution that is not only visually appealing but also technically sound and sustainable.

We are pleased that Volksbank selected a system that combines functional space design with environmental sustainability. After all, modern construction projects - especially those involving existing buildings - require more than just quick fixes. They need systems that perform reliably throughout their lifecycle: in planning, installation, and use.

Yes, the SORIWA Multi Profile is a product approved by the building authorities. It has a general building approval (abZ) and bears the Ü mark. This means it may generally be installed in Germany without restriction.

Certified documentation is available for the relevant application (e.g., wall constructions) regarding sound insulation, fire performance, emissions, and mechanical load-bearing capacity. The profile can therefore also be used in projects with special requirements.

  • Safe to use: no sharp edges, minimized risk of injury, comfortable to the touch, lightweight
  • No changeover: familiar machining with standard tools, fine- and coarse-threaded screws, and the usual procedures
