The SORIWA Multi Profile is a multi-layer fibre profile made from recycled cellulose fibres and is an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional steel profiles in drywall construction. Thanks to its versatility, it replaces conventional drywall profiles, enabling a completely steel-free stud framework – with maximum flexibility in planning and installation.

Yes, that’s no problem at all. You can easily choose the position of the cable opening yourself – just drill a hole in the desired spot using a hole saw. Make sure to leave a gap of about 30 cm between the opening and the floor or ceiling, and about 1 cm between the opening and the edge of the profile.
The stability and structural integrity of the SORIWA Multi Profiles have been tested for the following cutout sizes. This results in the following maximum cutout sizes:

Yes, the SORIWA Multi Profile can be used in areas subject to temporary moisture exposure (e.g., residential bathrooms up to max. water exposure class W0-I and W1-I) in combination with suitable gypsum boards (GKBI) and professional sealing in accordance with DIN 18534-1.
